
"My Journey: From Passion to Trainer"
What motivated me to become a Fitness Professional?
In elementary school, I began my journey in football and set my sights on playing in the NFL, asking my father for help with training. Over the years, I developed a deep passion for training and learned valuable life lessons from him. Unfortunately, towards the end of my senior season in high school, I tore my ACL and meniscus, but I dedicated myself to rehab and worked hard to recover.
I explored nutrition and various training methods to enhance my athletic performance, applying what I learned while training myself and over the past decade. Mentored by several esteemed professionals in the industry who have worked with pro and collegiate athletes, I discovered my desire to become a fitness trainer to positively impact people's lives and cultivate my passion for health and wellness.
I truly believe in taking necessary risks, embracing discomfort, challenging oneself, and accepting constructive feedback The journey is what matters, and with the right mindset, nothing can stop you from your best self. Getting in shape shouldn't feel like a punishment. While there might be some sore muscles along the way, I believe fitness should be enjoyable, not something to dread.
